계정·데이터 삭제

기억타래 계정과 서버에 보관된 데이터는 언제든지 삭제하실 수 있습니다. 두 가지 방법이 있습니다.
1. 앱에서 직접 삭제 (권장)
- 앱 실행 → 설정 → 계정 삭제를 누르면, 서버에 보관된 회원 정보가 관련 파일까지 즉시 삭제됩니다.
2. 앱 없이 요청 (앱을 지우셨거나 접속이 어려운 경우)
- [email protected] 으로 계정 삭제를 요청해 주세요.
- 본인 확인을 위해, 가입에 사용하신 소셜 로그인(구글/애플/네이버) 또는 앱 설정에 표시되는 계정 식별 번호를 함께 적어주시면 빠릅니다. (이메일이 없는 계정도 이 번호로 확인됩니다.)
- 요청을 받으면 당사가 보유한 데이터(계정·이용 내역·생성물)는 즉시 삭제되며, 처리 지연 시에도 요청일로부터 최대 30일 이내 완료하고 알려드립니다.
무엇이 삭제되나요
- 회원 식별자·이메일·세션 토큰, 이용/결제 기록, 공유물(공유 타래·모임 앨범 사진·게시판 글), 키워드, 신고 기록, 클라우드 백업, 푸시 토큰 — 관련 저장 파일까지 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 기기 안에만 있던 일기·사진은 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다.
- 결제는 Apple App Store · Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 결제·거래 내역은 각 스토어에 보관됩니다. 당사는 카드·결제 정보를 저장하지 않으며, 당사가 보유한 정보는 계정 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.

You can delete your MemoryTarae account and the data stored on our server at any time.
- In the app (recommended): open the app → Settings → Delete account. Your server-stored data is removed immediately, including related files.
- Without the app: email [email protected] requesting account deletion. Include your sign-in provider (Google/Apple/Naver) or the account number shown in the app’s settings for verification (accounts without an email are verified by this number). Upon request, data we hold (account, usage history, generated content) is deleted immediately and in any case within 30 days, and we confirm when done.
- What is deleted: account identifiers, email, session tokens, usage/payment records, shared content (shared threads, group-album photos, board posts), keywords, reports, cloud backups, and push tokens — including related files. On-device diary/photos are removed when you uninstall. Payments are processed via the Apple App Store and Google Play, which retain payment/transaction records; we do not store card/payment information, and data we hold is deleted with your account.
